InOvate's Parent Company Rebrands to Reflect Broader Manufacturing Portfolio
Chicago, IL — July 6, 2022 — Continental Materials Corporation (CMC), owner and operator of a portfolio of North American manufacturing businesses including InOvate, today announces a company-wide rebranding. The culmination of the rebranding process is a new visual identity, including a new logo, and a legal name change to Riverbend Industries, effective immediately.
From Mining Roots to Manufacturing Portfolio
Operating continuously since 1954, Continental Materials Corporation began as a uranium and aggregate mining company. In 2018, after acquiring HVAC and building materials businesses — including InOvate — it exited the mining segment entirely. Now, as the privately held Riverbend Industries, the company renews its commitment to revitalizing North American manufacturing through its long-term holdings of small- to mid-market manufacturing businesses.
